Bruce, The RCBS dies I own are steel. I would never pay what they want for those carbide dies.

I have 3000 50AE cases at home that I've loaded at least 4-5 times each. Only just now starting to see issues with them, the odd split base and such. I use the regular RCBS 3 die set with Hornady One...

It is ground with diamonds I would say, cost is great as mentioned. My dies, I use lube. Lube is good! GAB
